Our recent days, we have been gearing up our skills and understandings so that we can have real, live blogs to work with. Here are 2 things we did very recently:- We played a simulation where we started a paper "post" which we then passed around for people to comment on. We had to read the blog and make an approriate comment within a very short, set time. This was an interesting and quite realistic simulation.
- We searched on the internet for 6 blogs from Year 6 classes in 6 different countries and then wrote 6 lines of comment as to what made them good (or not so good) blogs. This helped us understand some things that would help make our blogs better.
The main aim of our blogs is to improve our writing skills. It will help us if your comments can make suggestions about how we can make our writing better.
